As a loved one, the KIP solution informs you of various events via notifications on your phone and KIP app:<\/strong> new outing of your KIPPER, end of outing, time exceeded, distress alert. To inform you of these events, the app does not have to be open or in the background.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

You need to have the app installed<\/strong> on your phone and be logged in<\/strong> with your account for the system to make the connection and deliver the notifications. The app can be on the background or closed.<\/p>\n\n

In case the system cannot deliver the notifications (uninstalling the app or disconnected account on the app), the system will recognise the problem.
